Thank you for your interest in placing a pre-order with Adaa by Iram. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframe
Pre-order items typically take between 4–6 weeks to arrive. As our parcels are sourced and shipped from overseas, please be mindful that we are unable to be held responsible for any delays caused by airline or international transit disruptions beyond our control.
Dispatch & Tracking
All pre-orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been dispatched, so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
No Cancellations Policy
We do not accept cancellations on any pre-orders, for any reason whatsoever. Pre-orders are placed on a strictly non-cancellable basis. Customers are strongly advised to read the full product description and check the size guide carefully before completing their purchase.
